Blue Tongues In The Nations Capitals Vs Knights

The Bartercard Gold Coast Blue Tongues are on the road this weekend, playing back-to-back games in the Nations Capitals versus the Canberra Knights.  The Blue Tongues currently sit 6th on the AIHL ladder with a 5-6-1 record and 21 points in 12 games.  The Knights are at the bottom of the ladder with a 3-11 record and 9 points from 14 games.

The teams last met in March where the Blue Tongues picked up the full 6 points with convincing 6-3 and 8-1 victories.

This weekend sees a new change to the lineup, with the addition of Matt Courtney, who is playing his first game for the Blue Tongues.  Brad Young is traveling with the team and will miss the Saturday game with a suspension but will be on the ice Sunday.

The team in Canberra for the weekend are as follows.
